Street Phoenix hosted the first edition of their new monthly property AweStrung
with a scintillating performance by the Karsh Kale Collective SoundSystem
featuring Randolph Correia a.k.a. FUNC, Singers Apeksha Dandekar & Talia
Bentson, Beatboxer Yungraj, Tabla-player Karan and Sitar maestro Azeem Ahmen
Alvi.
In
the audience was master auteur Anurag Kashyap who was seen chatting with the
crowd and posing for pictures. The show was curated by Sameer "Daddy"
Malhotra who was present through the night. The evening also saw attendance
from model & actor Teena Singh and Amitabh Nanda.
AweStrung
will see one iconic star from the music space perform live once a month at High
Street Phoenix.
