Why the Western Railway notice to Anil Kapoor is UNFAIR

Last week, the Western Railway slapped a Notice on the production house of the television series 24, after its star Anil Kapoor was clicked lunging out of a Mumbai local train during its promotions.

The railways reacted after an uproar on social media about the Slumdog Millionaire actor doing "stunts" aboard the train. However, Bollywood PR guru Dale Bhagwagar had defended Anil's actions saying it was "mere leaning out" and not a "stunt".

Now the public relations expert has released a picture of Anil Kapoor from a different angle on his Twitter to prove how images can be deceptive.

"The same pose from this angle makes Anil's so-called stunt look just like a little leaning out," Dale pointed. "I don't work with Anil, but feel for him, as he's wrongly dragged into a controversy created by intolerant regressive Twitterati. Its unfair," he stated.

True that! Sometimes perception can indeed be quite different than reality. And this celebrity publicist has proved it so simply. The second season of the Indian adaptation of the popular American television series is going to be aired from July 23 on Colors channel.

BREAKING NEWS: No suicide for Rajnikanth's Kabali ticket

Rajnikanth's fans are in shock! A video gone viral on WhatsApp shows a man jumping off the top floor of a shopping mall. An accompanying message says, "Guy did suicide for not getting KABALI ticket in Malaysia." (sic)

The same video is also found on a YouTube channel called B4blaze. The title reads, "Kabali Film Rajani fan suicide attempt malaysia." (sic)

"Rajnikanth who is famous for making his fans go crazy with antics by the actor as well as his fans, may not be amused by such sordid stuff," tweeted Bollywood's only PR guru Dale Bhagwagar.

"The events in this video have NOT taken place for Kabali. #Rajnikanth #Kabali #ticket #suicide #fakevideo," he added on Twitter after he did some research to decipher whether the video was real or fake. The public relations specialist found out that the video is not even of an instance in Malaysia, but in China.

Dale's investigations on the video led him to a website from Malaysia, which clarified the matter. Apparently, a man in Guangzhou, China had an argument with the shopping mall's staff about exchanging cinema tickets. They are learnt to have asked him to "go die."

It is said that the man climbed out of the top floor railing, maybe in an attempt to scare the staff to give in to his demands. But he accidently slipped and fell to death.

Thanks to Dale, Rajini fans can heave a sigh of relief. All his fans are alive and kicking and flocking to theatres for Kabali.

Here is the said video:

Amaal Mallik completes composing for Baar Baar Dekho song 'Sau Aasmaan'

Back in 2015, Amit trivedi was signed on to work for directorial debutante Nitya Mehra's Baar Baar Dekho. Due to creative difference and time issues, he reportedly opted out of the movie. Soon after Azeem Dayani, music supervisor of Dharma Productions, recommended Amaal Mallik to Director Nitya Mehra, who worked out a track for the sequence pictured on Katrina Kaif and Siddharth Malhotra.

Amaal has composed a honeymoon sequence track called 'Sau Asmaan' pictured on Katrina Kaif and Sidharth Malhotra romancing each other. The couple have finished shooting the song which was beautifully rendered by Armaan Malik and Neeti Mohan for the track, with lyrics by Kumaar.

Feeling grateful on working for Baar Baar Dekho, Amaal Mallik comments , "Being my first film with Nitya Mehra and Excel, It was great fun working with Director Nitya Mehra, a girl who is debuting herself and yet has invested so much trust in me.' Adding to that,'She made me forgot about what other people were feeling or asking me to do. She gave me a free hand and asked me to come up with a song that I would like to make."

When asked Nitya about Amaal's composition, she says: “This is my personal favorite track in the album and the entire crew went crazy shooting it ! We fell in love with song soon after me and Amaal tried out so many ideas, so that it's also a big promotional number. It is my first time with Amaal and it has been a smooth ride.”

Discovery Channel to tell a gripping tale of Survival and Hope

Mumbai deluge in 2005, Uttarakhand floods in 2013, Kashmir floods in 2014 -- in the last decade, India has been hit by extreme weather incidents repeatedly. Each time millions of people have been affected, with economic losses running into hundreds of crores. In the winter of 2015, disaster hit the capital of Tamil Nadu. In less than a week Chennai received its highest rainfall, beating the last 100 years’ records. The fallout was catastrophic.

Discovery Channel goes beyond the breaking news and headlines to uncover true stories of hope and survival.  Premiering on Monday, 1st August at 9 pm, Discovery Channel’s one-hour special Chennai: Surviving The Flood looks back at the days and events leading up to the disaster and its immediate aftermath. Expert opinion and on-ground assessment uncover the hard truths. But this is essentially a story of the triumph of the human spirit and of unsung heroes, who rose to help fellow citizens, becoming shining examples in the city’s darkest hour.

Using real footage of the floods, first-hand accounts of survivors and dramatic recreations of true events, Chennai: Surviving The Flood is a compelling story of rising from the depths of despair. It is also a cautionary tale.

The film includes the research and views of several experts - Professor Janakarajan Srinivasan, a hydrology and water management expert, Nityanand Jayaraman, an activist and columnist, and Vikram Kapur, Commissioner, Corporation of Chennai.  Using high quality graphics, the film illustrates how various factors combined with the heavy rains to result in the unprecedented disaster.

The film also chronicles the rescue and relief operations and assistance offered by government and allied agencies, including the Indian Air Force, National Disaster Response Force Teams, and instances of the heroism of individuals.

The film also features Squadron Leader Venkatramanan and Wing Commander Charles Simon, who saved lives and pulled off successful helicopter sorties, including one that saved a pregnant woman, just hours away from labour.  The film also draws attention to the exemplary assistance extended by people like Shaukat Jamal, owner of an ocean sports company, who pedaled his boat through flooded streets of Chennai to save a stranded family with an infant.

With this year’s Monsoon wreaking havoc in several parts of the country, this film about Chennai’s floods and the human stories therein has continuing relevance.  Chennai is picking up the pieces and rebuilding fast, but the big question remains: have lessons been learned? Discovery Channel presents a story of nature’s destructive fury and humankind’s ability to beat the extreme the odds and survive in Chennai: Surviving The Flood, premiering Monday, 1st August at 9 PM on Discovery Channel, Discovery Tamil and Discovery HD World.

Keh Do Na Love Hai audio released on Hungama and iTunes through Mann Music Entertainment

The audio of Kiran Films Entertainment and Sumit Uday Films “Keh Do Na Love Hai” has gone online now on Hungama, iTunes and various other platforms and is released through Mann Music Entertainment  Guided by love, passion and ambition and cushioned with sparkling moments, Keh Do Na Love Hai is a romantic musical with its heart in the right place.

"We're very excited to begin this partnership with Mann Music Entertainment and look forward to working with them on this musical romantic blockbuster. With its soulful lyrics set to music by Abhilekh Lal, Arsalan Aslam, Sanjay Sharma and the duo Waseem Haider & Noraiz Munir, the songs of Keh Do Na Love Hai is sure to be a chartbuster,” said Sumit Bansala, producer of the film. The film is jointly produced by Suren Kakkar of Kiran Films Entertainment and Sumit Bansala of Sumit Uday Films.

Speaking about this collaboration, Manoj Maheshwar said, “Mann Music Entertainment has always symbolised high quality music entertainment and experience and this vision of the company works very well with the musical quality of Keh Do Na Love Hai. We are indeed very happy to announce our association and look forward to give it an all new dimension altogether. We also look forward to closely working with their team over the coming years."

Speaking about the music for Keh Do Na Love Hai, Suren Kakkar says, “It has turned out to be an interesting album because many young singers have lent their voices in the film. Usually, filmmakers go for established and popular names to sing for their film. But we have roped in good singers and music directors as they could lend a fresh romantic feel to the film. The title track “Keh Do Na I Love You” sung by Abhilekh Lal and put to music by him is sure to tug on the hearts of the young and the college goers. For the diehard romantics, we have “Be Intehaa Karoon” sung by Rohit and Santosh Rawal that brings out the nuances of first love. But “Shukrana Shukrana, Mere rabba tera shukrana” is the one that is my personal favourite.”

“The audience will not only get to hear some fresh voices, but we have specially brought in two amazing talents from across the border. Arsalan Aslam’s “Tere Kol Main Ranvaa” is a sad but heart touching song that takes the film to a different level altogether. Similarly Hafeez Malik’s “Bin Tere Bin” put to music by Waseem Haider and Noraiz Munir is sure to top the charts. Both these amazing singing talents as well as their music directors are from Pakistan and we are sure they will make a mark in this industry. Having said this, I would also say that our very own Abhilekh Lal and Sanjay Sharma have also given great music. You just need to hear it to fall in love again,” concluded Sumit Bansala.

Where to listen to the songs online? Well, the netizens can find the songs here:

While some liberals in Pakistan looked at her as a feminist icon for change, others criticized her for being a drama queen. Some even described her as the Kim Kardashian of Pakistan. Bollywood's only PR guru Dale Bhagwagar who specializes in handling controversies for many Bigg Boss contestants, doubts if Qandeel would have been a part of India's biggest reality show.

"Qandeel Baloch had come out with anti-India videos about Indian Premier League (IPL) and The Board Of Control For Cricket In India (BCCI) on YouTube; and some videos even insulting and disrespecting our honourable prime minister Mr Narendra Modi. It is highly unlikely that she would have been given a coveted place on Indian shows after that. May her soul rest in peace," tweeted the celebrity publicist in response to a tweet from Pak political analyst Tarek Fateh.

In one of her videos, Qandeel had claimed, "Modiji duniya ke top ten terrorist mein se jo top ten terrorist hai na, unn mein se Modiji No.1 pe hai." (sic) Qandeel had added, "Yeh baat Bollywood stars ne boli hui hai. Yeh baat Aamir khan ne boli, yeh baat Shah Rukh Khan ne boli, yeh baat Salman Khan ne boli. Tab toh India mein itni aag nahin lagi. Maine jaise ki duniya se different baat kar di hai, ke poore India mein aag lag gayee hai." (sic)

Here are some of Qandeel Baloch's anti-Modi videos on YouTube:

SPJ Entertainment's romantic musical film Meeradha gets U/A censor certificate

SPJ Entertainments completed the censor formalities. The producer Surya Prakash Jethlia hereby communicated to Films & TV World that their romantic musical film Meeradha received a U/A censor certificate and is now all set to release in maximum number of screens.

“The most amazing thing about this movie is that most of the actors are fresher’s and all of them have done a good job and with utmost sincerity and hard work. The characters represent today’s youth and their style of living, their life. The hero of this film is good by heart, yet naughty, and with big dreams; but he doesn't wanna work on it. He lives his life in jest and keeps flowing like a river. But, in the end, he realizes that he has to carve out a niche for himself and goes on to become a name to reckon,” said the producer.

The Ashish Sinha directed movie, starring Sandesh Gour, Suhani Jehtlia, Venus Jain and others is shot in Bhilwara and set in the backdrop of Rajasthan, Meeradha is a youth oriented film with a social massage, which will influence the young generation in a positive way.

“The team is also planning a grand music launch as Meeradha is a musical love story with some beautifully composed songs by Archit Tak, Sugat - Shubham and Santosh Kumar. The songs are rendered beautifully by renowned singers like Shaan, Javed Ali, Raja Hasan, Shahzad Ali and Santosh Kumar which are sure to pick up on the charts,” added Surya Prakash Jethlia.

With the censor certificate in their hands, the producers intimated that the Meeradha team is busy with strategic planning as they are eager to start the promotions immediately on FM, Television, Theaters, Outdoor Publicity including hoardings, buses, etc. They are also planning the Poster release by a celebrated personality.

We at Films & TV World wish them all the luck.

After Salman Khan, its Anil Kapoor's turn for social media backlash

Actor Anil Kapoor has begun facing severe backlash on social media for lunging out of a Mumbai local train while promoting the Indian adaptation of the popular American television series '24' on Colors.

The Western Railway who gave permission to the production house to let the Slumdog Millionaire star travel with fans for the promotion of the second season of the '24' series, is learnt to have slapped a Notice to the production house demanding an explanation on the 'stunts' by the actor.

Bollywood's only PR guru Dale Bhagwagar says this kind of celeb picking is a silly trend. "First it was Salman Khan being dragged into an unnecessary bloated national controversy about the rape comment. And now it is Anil Kapoor."

"What Anil Kapoor is doing on the local is NOT a 'stunt'. Stunts are a different thing. All he is doing is striking a pose. We have all leaned out of trains for that whiff of fresh air at some point of time in our lives. Does that make us all guilty of so-called stunts," questions the public relations expert.

The publicity consultant who is considered to be Bollywood's best in handling controversies, feels that our society is nowadays getting touchy and sensitive about everything. "Anything and everything raises eyebrows and becomes issues of national debate."

"There was a time when Protima Bedi streaked naked on the beach for a film magazine photoshoot or . There was a time Mandakini and Kimi Katkar showcased their bosoms and nipples in Ram Teri Ganga Maili and Tarzan. There was a time a film like Bandit Queen could have a full nude scene. All this was liberal, tolerable and acceptable to society then."

"We need to ask ourselves, if we are going to allow social media to make us progressive, or regressive," states Dale. Point taken.

The spin doctor also points out that "we are living in a world where perception is reality" and vows to "reveal a new Anil Kapoor train picture by tomorrow which will open the eyes of the public, about how they are being carried away by an exaggerated perception being created on social media".

Sultan Salman Khan's Bigg Boss 10 could be a game changer!

The mega success and publicity surrounding Salman Khan's Sultan has raised hopes for an even more dazzling Bigg Boss starting October this year. Bollywood's only PR guru Dale Bhagwagar isn't surprised though.

"Salman Khan and Bigg Boss raise the bar every year. That's a given. But this year's show may be the beginning of a future change we may not have anticipated yet," remarks Dale. We are all aware that BB10 is going to have people from the aam junta, maybe juxtaposed with a few known names this year. Dale feels this could be a game changer.

"Not many are aware that Big Brother, the baap of Bigg Boss has two versions in a year in the United Kingdom. One is the regular Big Brother with not-so-known-names and which is in its 17th season right now. The other is Celebrity Big Brother with celebs which is set to witness its 18th season in UK soon," points out the public relations expert.

So if BB10 succeeds with this dose of new names, could we hope for two versions of Bigg Boss too in future, he wonders. And as we all know from experience, this chap is not one whose insights we take lightly.

After all, the publicist is considered a specialist with reality television contestants, having handled the media for a full 20 names from Bigg Boss such as Aarya Babbar, Aman Verma, Amar Upadhyay, Anita Advani, Ashmit Patel, Diana Hayden, Kashmera Shah, Mandana Karimi, Pooja Misrra, Rahul Mahajan, Rakhi Sawant, Salil Ankola, Sambhavna Seth, Shamita Shetty, Sherlyn Chopra, Sonali Raut, Upen Patel, Vikas Bhalla, Vindu Dara Singh, Zulfi Syed, as well as for Celebrity Big Brother winner Shilpa Shetty.

He has also been instrumental in building brands for some of the who’s who of Bollywood, including Govinda, Hrithik Roshan, Priyanka Chopra, Randeep Hooda, Shiney Ahuja, Vivek Oberoi and for movies like Don and Rock On!!

Move over Dubsmash; Bollywood enters Prisma with Alia Bhatt

Bollywood seems to be catching on with the latest app to hit the glam selfie market -- Prisma. This one even beats all those filters on Instagram and converts images into colourfully flashy works of art... flashier than those Salman Khan dance performances with the firang babes in Bigg Boss.

"Prisma is newer than new age. Dramatically flamboyant," says Bollywood's only PR guru Dale Bhagwagar, who put up a greyscale pic of his from the app on Facebook. "A friend from Dubai introduced me to it in the morning and I have been reading up on it all day."

Asked why he put up a greyscale pic inspite of the app giving so many colourful options, the celebrity publicist remarks, "Life is hardly black and white. Its grey; just like most of the stuff in my profession."

Teen sensation Alia Bhatt became the first actress to take the social media by storm with a colourful Prisma pic from Germany on her Instagram. It managed to generate more than two lakh eyeballs with her post, "Living in a painting. The best night ever. Berlin. #ThrowbackTuesday #prisma."

The Moscow Times went a step ahead and Tweeted several versions of a pic of its President Vladimir Putin cuddling a puppy, instead of the typical karate pose. Some people were also found debating about the app uploading the image data on Russian servers.

The Indian Express online edition has gone a step ahead and gave a Prisma touch to a few glam portraits of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and Aam Aadmi Party supremo Arvind Kejriwal, along with film actresses Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone, Sunny Leone and Katrina Kaif on Twitter. Gosh!! Politicians, Bollywood, flamboyance and drama. The 'grey' public relations guy (wink) would sure agree to that! After all, he's a master at flashy drama.

Shiney Ahuja, Sonali Raut, Vivek Oberoi, Sambhavna Seth and Rahul Mahajan back in controversy

It is said that Bollywood's best-known public relations consultant Dale Bhagwagar does not smell controversy, he spells it. But right now, the PR guru finds himself sandwiched between not two, three, but five of his earlier clients -- Shiney Ahuja, Sonali Raut, Vivek Oberoi, Sambhavna Seth and Rahul Mahajan.

Dale has looked after the media for Shiney during Life In A... Metro, and stood by him after his rape case controversy. He also handled the press for Sonali Raut during Bigg Boss. But latest reports reveal that Sonali is playing a maid called "Shiney" in Great Grand Masti releasing next week. Ouch!

She stars in the Indra Kumar directed film along with Ritesh Deshmukh, Aftab Shivdasani and Vivek Oberoi, the latter being another controversial name whose media affairs have been handled by Dale, post the controversies surrounding Salman Khan. Buzz goes that all three, Ritesh, Aftab and Vivek hit on "Shiney" (the maid, of course) in the movie.

In another instance, two of Dale's clients of Bigg Boss, Sambhavna Seth and Rahul Mahajan, are at loggerheads this week. Sambhavna who is all set to marry her long-time boyfriend Avinash Dwivedi in Delhi, does not seem to be on talking terms with her rakhi brother Rahul. In an interview Sambhavna has stated, "I haven't invited Rahul Mahajan for my wedding and don't want him to be there."

Puff. Where does that leave Dale Bhagwagar? "Nowhere," is all the publicist replied to our query. Lol. For once Dale is not giving us his typical smart alec answers! Unless he believes in that snappy answer being smart PR.

The relationship between the writer and director is crucial, says S P Jethlia

Imagine having a dream in your life, but you find that your education, your profession and your life have taken you down on a totally different path. What do you do? Do you chuck everything you've built thus far so that you can pursue your passion? Or you just stay on course and vow to go after the dream later? Neither option is great as you have to give up something either way. Sometimes you just have to walk away from your passion.

When presented with these options, most would choose the convenient one. Most would compromise…  You would say that’s not unusual as many bury their dreams for bread and butter. Life is about compromise, right? No, you are wrong..!! As here is one person who opted for another option. He readied himself to pursue his passion along with his ambitious professional and personal life. Meet the most driven, hard-working, unusual writer-producer you will ever meet - Surya Prakash Jethlia. A tete-a-tete with this unassuming guy who is currently working on the movie release for his forthcoming romantic musical film “Meeradha”

Films & TV World: Did you always want to make a film?
Surya Prakash Jethlia: Yes, I am fan of great Legend Amitabh Bacchan sir since childhood. The very first film I have ever seen in my life was Saat Hindustani. I must have been just 7-8 years then. Early on in my career, I tended to be more interested in acting as I had a passion for acting. I have great singing interest also. I even acted on stage at school and college level. But I never thought I would get on with film making as a producer and writer. It was only later on in life that I developed a decent script on a story idea that had been in my mind for long. And then putting the right ingredients (actors, crew members) together I got involved in the process of getting it turned into a film. Maintaining that creative overview all the way through, I have now got much more interested in what makes a movie as well as the production side of it - how the money got spent and all the rest of it.

F&TV: What was the inspiration behind the making of this film?
SPJ: This film “Meeradha” is about the dream of a father, about a son, about devotion, friendship, love and several emotions of life journey. A love triangle, this is a story of a boy and two girls who are childhood friends, which turns into love as they grow young. The hero is good at heart but has a bad attitude and never cares to listen to his father’s suggestions. However, one day he accidentally finds his father’s old diary that becomes the turning point in his life and changes his life. This story idea has been core to my heart and I had always wanted to picturise this for the larger audiences as the film also conveys a social message to society to eradicate superstitions and social evils that stigmatises lives. However, its put in an entertaining manner without being preachy.

F&TV: What convinced you to make your debut as a writer producer with Meeradha?
SPJ: I had a passion for singing, acting and also being an ex lecturer, there was an inherent writing ability within me. As I have already mentioned that this story is close to my heart as I had seen such a real life situation and it had a deep impact on me. It was later with the help of my younger brother who is very creative, that I wrote Meeradha. I got some help from my facebook friends too. Once the writing was done, I was assured by Sangam Group & Ostwal Group to provide infrastructures. It was then that I was fully sure to venture ahead and follow my dream.

F&TV: So how was your first movie experience?
SPJ: It was extremely nice, irrespective of lots of hurdles, my entire team was quite cooperative, and we completed it successfully. Now, with god’s grace, the movie is almost cleared from Censor board and we are soon going to start with the publicity and promotions. And god willing, the poster of the film will be released by a celebrated personality.

F&TV: How challenging was script writing to you?
SPJ: The script is always a great challenge. You need to adapt a story in a right way and make it understandable for the audience in the cinema. At the same time, you need to keep it interesting as audiences tend to get bored pretty quickly if you do not approach this matter properly. It was necessary to introduce them in the plot in a way that kept them interested. But it seems to me that we managed to do it right.

F&TV: What were some of the challenges you faced in the making of this film?
SPJ: Being a non technical guy, I was totally dependent on the technical unit. So whatever guidance they were providing me, I had to go for that. But there was a great support to me by my film's hero "Sandesh Gour" & all my team members who worked as if it were their own movie, thus overcoming all difficulties. However a serious accident of mine, delayed the project for 6 months. However, the biggest thing within me is the go getting attitude. This made me all the more impulsive to achieve my big dream in life. And we overcame. If you have a dream, just have to go for it as there's never a perfect time, the stars will never align and the best time to start pursuing your passion is right now. My special thanks to my lead actor "Sandesh Gour". He made me feel proud as he performed so well with confidence.

F&TV: How did you zero in on Ashish Sinha as your director?
SPJ: Writing and Direction are a vital part of the creative process in any production and the relationship between the writer and the director is crucial.  However, I being the writer as well as the producer, helped quite in a way as the relationship between me and Ashish Sinha is a wonderful example of how a good director, with a unique, individual approach can shape the story into a beautiful masterpiece (film). Ashish Sinha ji’s name was suggested to me and it was only after that I saw his work, and was impressed a lot with his creativity, his way of working, nature etc. In fact, once I was through, it hardly took me anytime to finalize him. He has done a great job with even some fresher artists.

F&TV: Rajasthani movies carry subsidy. Why did you choose Hindi over Rajasthani?
SPJ: The hardest truth is that in Rajasthan there is not much scope or a good viewer base for Rajasthani Language based movies. Though the government does give subsidy, it is hardly any money. Also the recovery is not possible if you want to spend lavishly and make a good film. This was one reason that forced me to go for Hindi language. Also, I wanted to have an all India release and take the message that my movie carries far and wide. And this was possible only through Hindi.

F&TV: How involved were you in the direction process?
SPJ: I was present during the entire shooting almost all time as it’s my baby. Also being the writer of the film, at times I had to explain the importance of certain scenes and the way it had to be enacted. Or the way I wanted to get it picturised, etc. It was a bit difficult at first but I quickly learned and could thus steer the film into the right direction.

F&TV: Writing or producing – what was more stressful?
SPJ: We do know that writers are outstanding, creative and charismatic personalities. However, to be a producer, I think you’ve got to be a fairly sophisticated jack of a lot of trades and probably king of a few. I would definitely say that working as a producer is extremely stressful as you are not finished with your work until the movie is released. Sometimes it takes even longer. It's a real rollercoaster. I have great respect for filmmakers because it's really hard work, and very often thankless. But I was lucky to work with good people, from whom I could learn a lot. Real producers really love cinema. If not, they shouldn't do it.

F&TV: What was the toughest part in doing this film?
SPJ: We shot almost the whole movie in June, when the temperature was quite high in Rajasthan soaring upto 45 degrees. But my entire team co-operated a lot. Even small kids who were just 5 to 7 years and were on sets with their parents faced all those. And I’m thankful to all of them. We also had to re-shoot some scenes, which was another difficult part for me. But we had an amazing team and they were all willing to work with us and they were fully prepared to act it again for the betterment of the film! It was really great to have such a talented group of people working together. We were almost like a big family on the set.

F&TV: What sort of advice would you give to debutant producers in this industry?
SPJ: The art of producing is ‘herding all in the same direction’ just like the Pied Piper. And herding all in the same direction is the most important thing. I will say that all movies are made up of a group of personalities, usually some pretty big ones. They are made up of a lot of people with different skill bases and different opinions. A good movie always comes about when you manage to get those people working together in a smooth direction. Having said this, I will just advise that have proper financing, make all arrangements before starting any project and select the right team members, so as to complete your project beautifully and on time.
