Netflix’s Tudum all set to host in-person event in Brazil

A new Netflix Tudum event is coming soon in Brazil, featuring a global live stream on June 17. It will showcase upcoming Netflix Original movies and series. The event will take place in São Paulo and include over 100 Netflix stars, 45+ shows, films, and games. The live show will be streamed on YouTube, Facebook and Twitter, confirmed Netflix.

Here is the list of 33 shows and movies that have been announced to be featured during the 2-hour live stream at Netflix Tudum on June 17. Some of the shows and movies you’ll love are Extraction 2, Squid Game: The Challenge, You, Elite, Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story, Emily In Paris, Lift, Berlin, Love Is Blind: Brasil, Too Hot To Handle 2, Back to 15, Cobra Kai, Never Have I Ever, Heartstopper, All The Light We Cannot See, Lupin, 3 Body Problem, Stranger Things and Heart Of Stone. From India we only have one entry and that is Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies. Somehow, Bhansali’s magnum opus Heeramandi could not make it to Tudum and is kept out.

With Tudum streaming live on June 17, fans have the opportunity to see all their favourite stars at one event. Alia Bhatt, who will make her Hollywood debut with Heart of Stone is all set to attend the grand Netflix Tudum 2023 event. The actress shared adorable pictures of herself on her Instagram profile and captioned it, "No heart of stone here... just one filled with love... enroute Tudum Sao Paulo." Heart Of Stone is a spy thriller that has been backed by Netflix and Skydance. The film stars Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan and it has been directed by Tom Harper. However, there is no news whether team “The Archies” are will be attending the event or not.


Tudum, the Netflix showcase event where actors and creators from the streamer’s biggest properties get together to drop news, never-before-seen footage, trailers and first looks, is back on for 2023. This year the global fan event will be broadcast live from São Paulo, Brazil and to audiences around the world on YouTube. Tudum is the climax to Netflix’s three-day convention event taking place from 16-18 June at São Paulo’s Fundação Bienal in Ibirapuera Park. Tudum, named for the sound you hear just before a series or film starts on Netflix, is the biggest Netflix event held worldwide. This year’s livestream from Brazil is the first Tudum in-person event since 2020.
