UTV Motion Pictures’ Fitoor went on floors
on Nov 16th as per its schedule in the gorgeous locales of Kashmir. The film
directed by Abhishek Kapoor who directed Kai Po Che for the studio stars
Katrina Kaif, Aditya Roy Kapur and Rekha in the lead.
Kashmir is intertwined with the plot of Fitoor
which is an adaptation of Charles Dickens’s ‘Great Expectations’ and is a story
of love lost and realized over the course of two generations. The first
schedule will kickstart with Aditya Roy Kapur who will soon be joined by Rekha
and Katrina. The film will be shot in Dal Lake and Pahalgam area of Kashmir. The film will release in 2015.
