Good news awaits for Hindi film lovers and the team of Meeradha. Writer, Producer S P Jethlia has
confirmed that his upcoming bollywood production Meeradha is all set to release on 19th August
2016, adding that it wouldn’t matter to him if any other film releases on the
same date as it’s an Independence Day week.
The producer, who is also making his debut as writer with
this film says, “The Indian film industry has great fan following and every
Friday fans are eagerly waiting for new movies, irrespective it’s a big budget
film with known stars or new movies with good content and lesser known stars. Meeradha
is one such movie that doesn’t boast of a big starcast but is made for the
discerning and family audiences. A Rajshri Prouctions kinda fim, this is one
film in recent times that one can watch sitting with the entire family.”
Recently the Union Minister of India Hon’ble Shri Nitin Gadkari
launched posters of the movie in Nagpur recently. The two posters that were
unveiled were creatively designed in Mumbai depicting a modern age romantic
film. According to Sandesh Gour the lead of the film “Meeradha is not only
unique by its name, but it’s a feel good romantic film with a message.
“There is enough masala for the youth and never for once the
audience will feel bored as we have not done it in a preachy manner. The film
has beautiful compositions rendered by Shaan, Javed Ali, Raja Hasan, Santosh Kumar, Shahzaad
Ali and Suhani Jethlia and the songs are set to tune by Archit Tak, Sugat –
Shubham and Santosh Kumar. Shot entirely in Rangeelo Rajasthan, Mumbai and
Silvasa, Meeradha is produced and presented by SPJ Entertainment OPC Pvt Ltd.
and is set for an all India release this 19th August 2016.
