Katrina Kaif was strongly recommended for Besharam!

Newcomer Pallavi Sharda is shining bright in the promos of her upcoming film Besharam with Ranbir Kapoor. She must be thanking her stars for this big break. However, if sources are to be believed, Katrina Kaif could have been a part of this movie.

zoOm found out that Ranbir Kapoor had strongly recommended Katrina Kaif for this movie. He did not want newcomer Pallavi to be a part of this ambitious project. However, director Abhinav Kashyap found his female protagonist in Pallavi and stuck to his decision. Rumor has it that director Abhinav Kashyap and Pallavi are more than just good friends. Clearly Abhinav has taken this relationship to a new level all together.

Even after constant feelers being sent from Ranbir Kapoor, the director stuck to his decision. Eventually, Ranbir had to give in to the wishes of Abhinav. Well seems like the off-screen couple, Ranbir and Kat are definitely trying hard to be a part of the same projects. It would have been quite interesting to see how their off-screen chemistry would reflect in this movie had they be cast together.
